Private Room, Board, and Nursing Care: $370.00 (per day)
Semi-private Room, Board and Nursing Care: $335.00 (per day)
Transportation: Most insurance providers do not cover transportation to and from appointments unless a patient/resident is wheelchair-bound. Many families decide to help with transportation to and from appointments outside the facility.
Not included in rate: Most visits by physicians and other health care practitioners are not included in daily rate and are usually billed directly to the insurance company.
Pharmacy services are also billed separately every month.
We offer bulk cable service for $20.00 per month. This is billed monthly to the resident or family.
Telephone Services are $15 for a dedicated line to room and individual phone number.
General Information:
Smoke Free: Smoking is not permitted in our home. Woodlawn is smoke-free for all staff, visitors and residents.
Fine Dining: Every resident is encouraged to enjoy our fine dining or the privacy of his/her own room, if they prefer. Menus are prepared to meet any therapeutic or special dietary requirement and are supervised by a Registered Dietitian. Guest meals are available 7 days a week and at summer cookouts. Our kitchen will also prepare a celebration dinner for special occasions with your loved one. Just call and speak to our food service director to make your plans.
Companionship in Caring: A full selection of activity programs, developed by a certified activity professional, is available seven days a week and includes local outings and participation in the community events. Family, friends and visitors are always welcome to join in the fun and visit at anytime. Our open visiting hours allow visitors at their convenience. Pet therapy is provided on an ongoing basis. Our Resident Council meets once a month to discuss new ideas for activities and other issues that affect their daily lives along with Spiritual Service.
Rehabilitation is an essential element of life in all of our nursing homes, and our rehabilitative services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and a dedicated restorative nursing program.
Though most of our residents only need general nursing services, we also provide these complex medical services: cardiac care, diabetic care, dialysis support, IV therapy, pain management, respiratory services, stroke care and wound management.
We also offer other specialized services to our residents and customers who need them: hospice care, mental healthcare services, and respite care.

OTHER SERVICES.....
Hairdresser Service: Our Salon is located in the sunroom as you enter the building. A hairdresser provides routine services bi-weekly. The activity department generates the list for the hairdresser based on resident and family requests. The costs may come out of resident trust or paid at the time of service.
Clothing: Woodlawn provides daily laundry services using a state-of-the-art ozone system to clean resident clothing. Please make sure any clothes you bring in are marked so we may make sure they make it back into the resident room.
Housekeeping: Woodlawn provides daily housekeeping services for resident rooms and common areas. We strive to keep your home clean.
Visiting Hours: Woodlawn knows that your family member is very important to you and we allow families to come visit them at any time.
Telephone: We have two portable phones for use at the nursing stations. Anyone desiring a telephone in their room is welcome to arrange this service directly with the telephone company. Rooms are equipped with telephone jacks.
